  • We sell various types of coal, always palletised.

  • Sold via website, Facebook, and eBay.

2️⃣ Payment & Pricing

  • Accept credit/debit card or bank transfer.

  • Prices may change due to promotions or offers.

  • VAT invoice can be provided on request

3️⃣ Delivery

  • Pallet network only (HGV, kerbside delivery).

  • Delivery charges shown on the website.

  • Typical delivery: 3–5 working days.

  • If your address is inaccessible or you refuse delivery, shipping costs to send and return are non-refundable.

4️⃣ Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted for unused goods within 14 days.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Refunds issued for goods received in resaleable condition.

  • Excludes: used bags, opened bags, or damaged products.

5️⃣ Liability

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Stove compatibility

    • Incorrect use of products

    • Delivery damage or delay

  • Performance may vary depending on stove type and setup.

6️⃣ Consumer Rights

  • Online customers can cancel within 14 days under distance selling rules.

  • Used or partially used products are not refundable.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
