Delivery Information
1. Delivery Method

All products are delivered palletised via HGV pallet network.

Deliveries are kerbside by default.
- Vehicle is likely to be 12 or 18t rigid curtainside HGV. It is the customers responsiblity to ensure property is accessible by such a vehicle.

Drivers may bring pallets onto your property at their discretion, provided conditions allow:

Solid, level surface
-
Sufficient space to safely manoeuvre the pallet

Safe access for HGV delivery

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery is charged at a flat-rate of £30.
-
This cost is largely subsidised by Heat2Home and not the true cost of delivery.
- Should you wish to return a pallet, it will cost significantly more.
3. Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery is 3–5 working days from the date of order.
- A delivery day will be sheduled within 24 hours and you will be notified.
- Deliveries run between 9-5pm.

Tracking information is not provided but an ETA can be obtained on the day by contacting us.
4. Delivery Requirements

Please ensure your delivery address is accessible for HGV and pallet delivery.

If the driver cannot access your property, or delivery is refused, shipping costs to send and return the pallet are non-refundable. This will be at the true shipping costs, not the flat rate charge.
5. Multiple Pallets
- Delivery fee is per pallet
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the property is accessible by lorry

Check pallet upon arrival for visible damage and report any issues immediately.
