Delivery Information


1. Delivery Method

  • All products are delivered palletised via HGV pallet network.

  • Deliveries are kerbside by default.

  • Vehicle is likely to be 12 or 18t rigid curtainside HGV. It is the customers responsiblity to ensure property is accessible by such a vehicle.
  • Drivers may bring pallets onto your property at their discretion, provided conditions allow:

    • Solid, level surface

    • Sufficient space to safely manoeuvre the pallet

    • Safe access for HGV delivery


2. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery is charged at a flat-rate of £30.

  • This cost is largely subsidised by Heat2Home and not the true cost of delivery.

  • Should you wish to return a pallet, it will cost significantly more. 

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery is 3–5 working days from the date of order.

  • A delivery day will be sheduled within 24 hours and you will be notified. 
  • Deliveries run between 9-5pm.
  • Tracking information is not provided but an ETA can be obtained on the day by contacting us.


4. Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accessible for HGV and pallet delivery.

  • If the driver cannot access your property, or delivery is refused, shipping costs to send and return the pallet are non-refundable. This will be at the true shipping costs, not the flat rate charge. 


5. Multiple Pallets

  • Delivery fee is per pallet

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the property is accessible by lorry
  • Check pallet upon arrival for visible damage and report any issues immediately.
